As a self pay practitioner I do not accept health care insurance and therefore I am not in network with any insurances. Session fees are billed after each session. The full session fee will be charged if a session is not cancelled within 24 hours.
Please check with your insurance provider to learn if you have out-of-network benefits. If so, I will provide you with a monthly payment invoice to submit to your provider for possible reimbursement.
"Over the past five years Rachel has helped us refocus our relationship and build trust both as a married couple, then while we were expecting our first child, and now as parents to our daughter. Rachel is drawn to impact and never runs out of the energy needed to help us. She is our chief validator. She taught us how to set boundaries and maintain boundaries. And she showed us clarity on what we're supposed to do in the moments when our family is struggling."
"Dr. Manes provided thoughtful insight as well as practical guidance and observations on how to manage stress and anxiety without adding to the stress. She was both patient and non-judgmental in our discussions. Having a safe outlet to talk through these issues has made demonstrable improvements in my well being."
"To say that I was extremely satisfied with the time I have spent with Dr. Rachel Manes is no overstatement. She helped me during a critical time in my life with respect and professionalism. She makes you feel comfortable and ready to heal. If you are looking for a non-judgmental and warm comfortable setting that you feel safe in, Dr. Rachel Manes is exactly who you are looking to work with."
"Rachel has been my long-term therapist for nearly 4 years. She creates an open, calming, and warm environment for me to freely express all my ups and downs. Maybe more importantly though, she cohesively ties together each session by recognizing its theme and using that to help me find a path forward. It's exactly what I need and the reason why I am honored to call her my therapist."
"During my time with Dr. Rachel Manes I was always received with an open mind, honesty, and empathy. She was the advocate and cheerleader I needed in the easiest and hardest of times. She became the little voice in the back of my head helping me to give myself permission to do the things that would contribute positively to my life. I looked forward to our sessions and really felt cared for."
